Conqueror
– While the Bible does not use this word to describe Jesus the definition fits.
He is and will be the Victor over Satan; He will be the “KING OF KINGS, AND
LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:16)
But
the name that is above every name, the name at which every knee shall bow is
the name of Jesus. Philippians 2:9-11 says “Wherefore
God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every
name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord, to the
glory of God the Father.”
It
brings glory to God when the name of His Son is praised,
which is a reminder to
praise Jesus daily!!!
